Tokyo International Exchange College provides students with the school accommodations for who apply before arrival.
We have some different buildings near school area. It takes 5 to 15 minutes by walk to school and nearest station. There are supermarket and convenient store around dormitory. The surrounding environments are ample and convenient.
After entering dormitory, our staff members regularly check the condition of rooms or disposition of waste. By living in the school dormitory, our expectation is to students regulate and get accustomed to their lives in Japan.

TypeⅠ

Room with 2 people sharing, house type, share kitchen/toilet/bathroom/fridge/washing machine/microwave with other students, provide linen, fast wifi, less than 15minutes by walk to station/school/convenience store.

Room with 2 people sharing, auto lock condominium type, toile/bathroom/fridge/microwave are in the room, provide linen, less than 5minutes by walk to station/school/convenient store, washing machine/dryer are shared with other students.

TypeⅡ（Students who want to have their own room）

Boys only, own room, house type, fast wifi, share kitchen/toilet/bathroom/fridge/washing machine/microwave with other students, provide linen, less than 15minutes by walk to station/school/convenient store.

For typeⅡand typeⅢ, we will provide following equipment.

• Basket
• Pair of slipper
• Tooth brush
• Tooth paste
• Towel
• Shampoo/body soap/rinse
• Garbage bag
• Pan

*one person one each

☆Every dormitory is 6months contract.
　If there’s no excess for the bills, we will refund bond to students when they move out.
